About Ragi Moong Dal Nut Cereal
Ragi moong dal nut cereal for babies is a simple recipe that is delicious and nutritious. Moong dal is a great source of vegetable protein and is a great ingredient to add to your baby’s diet. Ragi moong dal nut cereal contains almonds (badam) and it is high in fat, proteins, calcium, and magnesium. Ragi moon dal nut cereal is also fibre dense and one serving(33g) contains 6g of dietary fibre. It is free from any preservative and added salt or sugar.
How to use:
- Add 1 tbsp og ragi moong dal nut powder to 1/2 cup of water or milk.
- Mix well so that no lumps are formed.
- Cook until it gets thick or of desired consistency.
- Drizzle some ghee (optional) and serve once it coos down.
