Ingredients :
Wheat, jowar, rice, ragi, green gram, roasted gram, black gram, corn, chickpeas, horse gram, dry ginger, pista, cardamom, almond, cashew
Preparation Method:
- Take 2 cups of water and add 2 tbsp of Sprouted Saathumavu powder, mix it
- Cook it on a medium flame for at least 15mins.
- Add sugar (optional for +1year babies), serve lukewarm.
