About Homemade Nutrifil Pancake
Nutrifil pancake mix contains the main component wheat along with dry fruits and banana powder. One serving(17g) of nutrifil pancake mix provides with 10g carbohydrates, 2g protein, 2g fats and enough energy (60 calories) to keep the baby active. Nutrifil pancakes are loaded with calcium, potassium and optimum amount of iron. Nutrifil pancakes are a great source of carbohydrates that will turn into glucose. Glucose will not only help your baby to keep feeling more energized but also satiated for longer. Wheat in nutrifil pancakes mix is also a good source of fibre, which in babies, keep digestive issues at bay. Nutrifil pancakes mix is free from any added preservative, salt or sugar.
How to use:
- Add 1/4 cup of the pancake mix with 1/4 cup of milk or add ¼ cup of mix with 1 whole egg and beat well.
- If required add Jaggery/sugar as a sweetener.
- Mix well and pour a ladle of the mix on the heated pan.
- Cook well in medium flame and drizzle ghee, flip to the other side and cook well.
- Serve with syrup of your choice or fruit.
